2.2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will incur a penalty equal to the cost of the first night’s stay.
2.3. No-shows will be charged for the entire stay.
3. Payment
3.1. Payment for all accommodations and services must be made in full upon check-in unless otherwise arranged.
3.2. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), and bank transfers.
4. Guest Conduct
